menial gods arent really important, their either a god that watches over a single universe, or a god thats been tasked with helping watch over a universe by the god thats watcthing over/managing the universe. there are an infinite amount of them, constantly being produced. every universe thats being created has a menial god put in charge of it, and to report anomolies.
